Objectives
A travailloscope is an educational tool designed to help people adopt good practice in forestry work. The device enables fictitious choices to be made, analysed and compared on an objective basis. Fuelled by discussions between participants, the aim of the day is to present the main techniques for carrying out targeted silvicultural work. The topics covered at the Rambrouch travailloscope are: managing young mixed stands, rebuilding after bark beetles, managing damage caused by large animals, work intensity and designating options.
