Let yourself be tempted by a forest bath, an invitation to live in the moment in the forest, awakening all your senses and connecting with yourself, the group and the trees that surround you. This activity is accessible to all. Slow walk of maximum 3 km. No PRM access.

Specific equipment required depending on the weather, good shoes, no disabled access but slow walking, no dogs.

Registration required, places are limited. Please fill in 1 registration form per participant.

The Société Royale Forestière de Belgique (SRFB) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the forest and foresters. Its Forest Friends projects are aimed at the general public who want to understand the forest environment. The SRFB's volunteer Forest Guides will help you discover the forest as a source of life, in close contact with mankind. This activity is part of the Festival International Nature Namur.
