Quality forestry work

Quality forestry work
Le 30 May 2023 - Manhay and Erezée
Objectives
Forestry work is the set of operations that enable a young stand, whether planted and/or naturally regenerated, to reach the first thinning. Far from being limited to planting in rows and clearing all the seedlings, today's forestry work can be more complex and more targeted. Walloon forestry contractors are professionals who have been able to evolve their practices and show great adaptability. During the day, members of the UETFW will be demonstrating their expertise in natural regeneration, enrichment planting, designation/digging and reasoned clearance.
Speakers
- Contractors from the union of forestry contractors of Wallonia
