ForDiL will be present at the Hauts-de-France forest-wood sector trade show
The project team ForDiL (Forest Digital Learning) will be taking part in the 5ᵉ edition of the Rendez-Vous Forêt Bois, 23 and 24 May 2025, Parc d'Olhain (Pas-de-Calais). This event, which has become a not-to-be-missed event in the region, is the only show dedicated to the forestry and wood industry in the Hauts-de-France region.
Saturday mornings, ForDiL will be taking part in the show's official conferences. This presentation will highlight the project's ambitions and actions: train tomorrow's forestry professionals using a digital application and field-based tools, develop mixed forestry with continuous cover (SMCC), and to strengthen cross-border cooperation in order to more resilient, sustainable management adapted to climate change.
Throughout the show, the ForDiL team will be on hand to welcome you at its stand Come and find out more about the project, talk to the Belgian, French and Czech partners involved and find out more about the innovative teaching tools we are developing.
On Fridays, the show is also open to school, This is a great opportunity to sow the seeds of a sustainable forestry future.

ForDiL is an Erasmus+ project, initiated by SRFB and carried out in collaboration with the European Commission.’Mendel University in Brno (Czech Republic), the’Genech Institute (France), the’the Institut Technique Horticole of Gembloux and the Chimay Agroforestry Development Centre (Belgium) The main aim of this project is to promote learning about continuous cover mixed silviculture (CCMS) using digital tools.
