Objectives
This training is reserved for private forest rangers.
Douglas-fir suffers from a number of diseases that are well known to foresters. The aim of the course is to take stock of how these diseases are developing and their impact on Douglas-fir growth. We will also have the opportunity to discuss the possible adaptation of silviculture to be applied to this species.
At the end of the day, a nurserywoman will explain the advantages and disadvantages of bucket plants and the best techniques for preparing the ground and planting them.
