As well as being a great place to walk, the forest is a source of health, oxygen and biodiversity. It contributes to the water cycle and climate regulation. A source of employment, it provides us with a warm, noble material. It's also a place to recharge your batteries, a place of calm and beauty, in keeping with our history. The Royale Forestry Society of Belgium (RFSB) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the forest and foresters. Its Forest Friends projects are aimed at the general public who want to understand the forest environment.
