Become a Voluntary Forest Health Observer?
April sees the start of a new training course for Observer Correspondents which will be open to both DNF staff and volunteers from private forests.
Candidates will join the current team of 11 SRFB Observers, who respond to the many requests from foresters concerned about the health of their trees and stands.
There will be 4 days of basic training starting in April, followed by a further 4 days over the course of the year with the other Correspondent Observers. Would you like to join the SRFB team of volunteer observers?
