Mixed regeneration routes

Objectives
In the current climate of climate change, we're looking at promising species mixes for the future, with a particular focus on natural regeneration to work with what nature has to offer.
The various stands of mixed species: spruce, sessile oak, tsuga, cedar, larch, birch and many other species will show us that it is possible, with natural regeneration, to diversify while producing quality wood.
- How do you use mixed species with spruce?
- How do you work on natural regeneration in a mature stand?
- What silvicultural methods should be adopted to produce good quality wood?
- Reflections and questions
