Sensory immersion in the forest

The 2026 June 21 - Bonlez (Chaumont Gistoux)

Spend half a day to understand and feel why touching, seeing, smelling, and breathing the forest does us good.

For over 40 years, science has accumulated immense knowledge regarding the benefits of contact with nature for human health and well-being. Philippe de Wouters (forester and certified guide reconnecting with nature) and Frédérique Miserocchi (physiotherapist and trainer in Brain Gym©invite you to a 3.5-hour guided walk in the heart of the forest. For everyone aged 12 and over.

A unique moment based on examples and exercises to use contact with the forest for the benefit of our mental and physical health. Brain Gym is an approach that addresses the person as a whole. This guidance will also bring you a better reconnection of the different parts of your body, your nature.
