Trees for Future: Launch of the 2021-2022 planting campaign
20,000 trees will be planted
The 2021-2022 planting season for Trees for Future began on 16 November in Jenneret (Durbuy) in full view of the media. To mark the occasion, 400 Bosnian pines and 400 Hungarian oaks were planted on the plot of land made available by Mr François-René Greindl. This winter around 20,000 trees to be planted at 7 new sites including Saint-Léger, Gingelom and Ciergnon. At the end of the season, Trees for Future will comprise 180 test plots of 20 ares spread over 32 sites across Belgium.
