There are many plants, mushrooms, trees and shrubs, traditional remedies in phytotherapy, and more recent discoveries such as gemmotherapy, which uses tree and shrub buds as remedies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In spring, the forest awakens and offers us its renewal: young forest plants, birch sap and buds, to discover\u2026&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Royale Foresti\u00e8re de Belgique (SRFB) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the forest and foresters. Its Forest Friends projects are aimed at the general public who want to understand the forest environment.
